In this book I teach you how to boost your immune system with proper nutrition, meal plans, recipes, and food choices. Your body has the ability to heal itself but you need to help by providing the correct foods, exercise (both physically and mentally), and nutrition mindset. I also show you which foods to avoid and explain which foods are causing an internal biological imbalance that cause inflammation, pain, and diseases like cancer, diabetes, and even heart disease.
